You may not use ChatNest for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

ChatNest does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All folders, tags, and organization data are stored locally in your browser via Chrome's storage API. Nothing is sent to any external server.
Pro plan payments are processed securely by Paddle. We do not store or have access to your payment information. Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
We do not use analytics, tracking scripts, or cookies.

We offer a 7-day refund for Pro plan purchases. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your purchase, contact us at support@chatnest.app for a full refund.
Refund requests made after 7 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
